RM T71 Oil Separator
The Oil Separator is one of the main parts of the compressor unit. After the oil is injected to the screw compressor it will mix a 100 % with the refrigerant. When the mixture of discharge gas and oil is leaving the compressor it is carried out to the separator where the refrigerant and the oil should be separated.
The best result of the oil separation is achieved when the adhesion between oil and refrigerant is as weak as possible. To find the lowest adhesion, RM Multi Stage Oil Separator is working in an area, not in a certain point . In the last stage RM Separator uses coalescing elements. The RM Multi Stage Oil Separator is designed for compressor with flexibel working load like Flex speed driven compressor units.
The RM T71 is designed according the CE-PED rules and third party is TÜV.
The RM T71 belongs to our prefab line and is a good solution for the compressor unit builders. The products of the prefab line are stock items.
